Collect testimonials from clients without chasing them
VouchRabbit gives every account a testimonial request link. Send it to a client and they can leave a star rating and a short review without creating an account. You can also forward client emails to your own inbox address, import a CSV or add testimonials by hand.
A request link that takes a client thirty seconds
Your link opens a simple form: a star rating and a few words. Clients do not need an account, which is the main reason people abandon testimonial requests. You can be emailed when a new one arrives.
Turn the nice email you already got into a testimonial
Every account has its own inbox address. Forward a client's kind email to it and VouchRabbit turns the original message into a pending review, credited to the person who wrote it, with the forwarding header removed.
Long emails are trimmed to a sentence or two before they can be approved, so a rambling message never takes over a widget.
Bring in what you already have
Import testimonials from a CSV file or add them by hand, for example quotes from older proposals or calls.
Nothing goes public without you
Whatever the route in, a testimonial is a draft until you approve it. You can edit forwarded emails down to the part you want shown and hide anything at any time.

Open Testimonials in the app and copy your personal request link.

Paste it into an email or message. The client rates you and writes a few lines.

Review the submission
You are notified when it arrives (if email updates are on). Open it in the approval queue.

Approve it and it appears in your widget and sales PDF.
