How do I connect a review source?
Open the app, go to Sources, and pick a platform. Most connect by pasting a link to your profile or product page (Google, Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, Yelp, Clutch, Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer.com, the App Store, Google Play). Facebook and G2 connect with a sign-in. You can also forward reviews to your dedicated inbox address.
Can I collect testimonials directly from my clients?
Yes. Every account has a request link. Send it to a client and they can leave a star rating and a short review without creating an account. Submissions wait in your approval queue and nothing is published until you approve it. You can also add testimonials by hand or import them from a CSV file.
What is coming to the Pro plan?
Pro is built for turning proof into sales material, and for agencies. Planned and not yet available: full analytics and insights, a white-label sales PDF and deck with your own logo and no VouchRabbit branding, a scheduled monthly proof report sent by email, and client workspaces so an agency can manage several clients.
